Verlune is built around one constraint: roster size. We sign few so we can run the operation deeply for each.

The house is intentionally small. The chat floor never exceeds the ratio that lets every reply land inside three minutes. The studio ships against a calendar the creator signs off on weekly. Traffic and paid acquisition route through one accountable buyer. Finance closes the week with a P&L the creator reads — same week, same format, every Friday.
We publish our acceptance rate, our retention curve, and our cohort uplift. The numbers are the brand. Everything else is operations.
