Custom content is the highest per-hour revenue any OnlyFans creator can produce. Orders in the $200-2000 range are common, and marginal cost is close to zero once the shooting infrastructure exists. The problem is that most creators treat every custom as a separate one-off shoot, which turns a scalable revenue stream into a burnout engine.
The batched workflow
The workflow our roster uses batches customs into weekly production days. Requests are collected across the week, deduplicated by outfit / setting / theme, and shot in one focused block:
- Sunday: collect all week's requests, sort by production similarity
- Monday: prep outfits, sets, lighting for the batch
- Tuesday: single 3-5 hour production window covering 6-15 customs
- Wednesday-Thursday: edit and personalize (voice greeting, name mention)
- Friday: deliver, request payment for any that hadn't paid upfront
This turns 15 customs from 15 separate shoots into one production day. The creator burns out in weeks with the first model; keeps going for years with the second.
The payment rule
Never shoot a custom without payment upfront. Not 50% upfront — 100% upfront. Our roster's custom cancellation rate is 6-8% for post-payment requests and 30-40% for pre-payment requests. The lost sales from asking for full payment upfront are far smaller than the lost time shooting for fans who ghost.
Pricing the batch
Because the batch structure amortizes production cost, you can price aggressively without hurting margins. Standard pricing our roster uses:
- Basic solo: $150-300 (5-10 minutes)
- Custom scene with specific outfit + request: $350-750
- Extended custom with dialog / roleplay: $750-1500
- Full production with multiple setups: $1500-3000+
Personalization is the whole product
The moment that makes a custom feel custom is a 10-second voice intro using the fan's name and one specific reference to them. Not the shot list, not the outfit — the personal callout. Skip this and you're selling generic content at custom prices, which fans notice fast and stop repeat-buying.
Bottom line: customs scale when treated as a weekly production batch, priced by tier, paid upfront, and personalized with 10 seconds of direct callout. Skip any of those and it collapses into unsustainable one-off work.
